"The room and living space was really great. The heating system is Terrible. The heat all came into one room and left the other bedroom and living area freezing where both kids slept. The hotel really needs to do something about this. Could sleep at all as my wife and I were sweating and the boys were freezing. "

"We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms.
At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. It is a who cares complaint unless it is 2am.
Finally, with the fantastic location comes plenty of street noise.
Despite a few minor frustrations, I would recommend the...

"Reservation for two rooms with 2 queens. Got a king room and a single queen room. Given a disability room which wasn’t requested Rooms were very dark. No overhead lighting. Refrigerator on low setting yet froze items. No mirror in bathroom Pillows were horrible!! Room was quiet. Returned to car in am and my gas had been siphoned off while parked overnight so clearly no security monitoring the parking lot. I had filled car before arriving at hotel so was full in the morning less than 1/4...
