Tim at the front desk was very nice nd informative. The location is perfect and the parking was convenient. I would been happier if the bathroom counter was larger and if there was better lighting in the bedroom. We will definitely consider staying at the NBCR again."

"We enjoyed a restful stay at the Francis Malbone house this past weekend! It was great to be in the heart of Newport, close to so many restaurants and shops. But once we entered, the peace and quiet we experienced was lovely and we forgot we were so close to everything else. Breakfast was amazing and having some delicious snacks at afternoon tea was also a nice treat. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this spot and hope to visit again another time!"

"My stay at this timeshare, (which I thought I was booking a hotel) would have been better if I hadn't been "bumped' from my room due to a glitch in Expedia's system. Expedia did not tell me it was a time share. The rooms do need an update, especially the AC units which were old and loud. My stay was for 8 days and no room service was provided which I hear is normal for a time share. The room did have a very small space with microwave, sink, 2 burner stovetop and fridge."
