"The young man who checked us in was very pleasant and even booked us into a room with two beds on the first floor. Very convenient since there is no elevator. The room was large enough to accommodate all our "stuff" and the fridge was a welcome amenity. Especially with a freezer big enough to handle all our ice packs. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was the only disappointment. The shower definitely qualified as a "can't change your mind in" shower. Otherwise a great place to stay."

"Room was spacious. Staff was polite and helpful. Pool and Gym are clean and available. Breakfast could use some work. My family booked 3 rooms. I was not happy about our 3 night stay and not having our rooms cleaned. When I asked for service we just got clean towels and the trash emptied. No beds made, clean glasses or tidying up. Plus got charged a $2.50 convention fee and we were not attending a convention!!"
