However, when he arrived, the staff would not honor the emails and communication and would not allow him to check in. They left him stranded despite multiple calls and emails. Felt like the hotel did not care and made no accommodations to ensure he was okay"

"The room 411 was with noisy air con And the lamp in the bathroom did not worked I asked to get new room and refused by reception with no availability ! When I checked online before approaching there is a lot of rooms available to buy instantly!! But the location was on the beach of Bat Yam and the beach across the street. The guy from the breakfast doing everything to make the best, what was appreciated by me a lot!"
