"The hotel was visually stunning with vibrant art everywhere, but it doesn’t compare to the staff that was the most gracious and accommodating group of people I have ever met "
"We visited during off season and Ramadan and it was the perfect quiet getaway. The staff was so kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and spacious and the beach loungers were comfortable, with towels provided and food service while you enjoy the calm sea waters. They played calm relaxing music and their breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend! Their spa and gym looked very nice, and their pool has a great ambiance too! Parking available on site was a hit. A short drive into the nearby town offered many cafe and restaurant options as well. "
"I really enjoyed my stay here but unfortunately the food was not always fresh. A lot of the snack foods were from frozen.
Filter coffee was only available in the breakfast buffet and then taken away.
At the bar the nice coffees were no longer being served due to shortage of capsules.
I know they are winding down for the season but a decent coffee was nowhere to be had.
Apart from that the rooms were impeccable. The gardens and grounds beautiful and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. "
"The staff at check-in were very kind and helpful. On the first day, I was given an “upgraded” room, but since it had one large and one small bed, there wasn’t much space to move around not ideal for a five-night stay. The next day, they changed it to a regular room on an upper floor, which was much better.
The minibar wasn’t cooling, but I didn’t really need it, so I mentioned it at check-out. The location is very central, the pool area is nice and never crowded, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady making omelettes had such positive energy!
However, there was no filter coffee available at breakfast or at the bar , only machine coffee.( It is a bit dissapointing I have to say ) Overall, though, it’s a nice hotel with good value for money. During check-out, staff could maybe be a bit more engaging (for example, asking how the stay was ), but everything else was great!"
