"뒷골목에 위치했지만 거리가 깨끗하고 조용했으며 대형 편의점이 두군데나 있고 유명한 라멘집, 이자까야, 식당 등이 근처에 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 오사카역도 걸어서 10-15분 거리로 이용하기 좋았습니다. 체크인은 비대면으로 진행했는데 화면 속의 직원과는 영어로만 소통이 되는 것 같았어요. 영어가 안되면 불편할 수 있겠다 싶었습니다. 방은 기대만큼 크고 청결했으며 주중에는 손님이 많지 않아선지 층간소음이 전혀 없어서 매우 조용했고 주말엔 층간소음이 좀 있었지만 괜찮았어요. 주변에 온천은 없지만 욕실에 욕조가 크게 있어 반신욕하기 좋습니다. 리셉션이 따로 없지만 이메일 회신이 빠른 편이었고 이메일은 한국어로 보내도 한국어로 답변이 왔습니다. 방청소는 제공되지 않지만 수건은 사용한 개수만큼 새 수건을 제공해주어 문제 없었어요. (이메일로 요청시에 양식이 제공되는데 그 양식을 반드시 채워 보내야함)"

"Lovely place, well placed for Dotenbari (20min walk) and Osaka in general. 2 different tube lines within 10 mins walk msde for easy access to kyoto, Universal and Nara. The staff were extremely helpful. When our lugage arrived it was taken to our room waiting for us.
