"We stayed there several times visiting Portland because our daughter lives across the street and never had problems. This time however our first morning they started pressure washing the building at 0700 no way to sleep in horrible and loud. I would suggest to wait at least until 0900 next time."

They even took the time to help me book a future stay, which I really appreciated. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. "The elevator was broken so we had to carry suitcase down stairs. Thankfully, the staircase was short and the lobby was on the 2nd floor so all guests needed to go up or down a max of 1 short flight. Stuff happens and the staff was working to resolve. Otherwise, our stay was very nice. Typical hotel breakfast with variety."
