"Room was disgusting, walked in and a painting was broken on the floor behind one of the beds, cigarette butts under the bed and hair and discarded food in random spots. This was a cheap stay but I think next year I’d rather go somewhere else than stay in this dirty ashtray."

"The rooms were very unique and large, including the bathroom. There is no microwave in the room, but there is one available on the second floor. They do have to have coffee machines in the rooms, but they do have a fancy coffee maker, which I couldn’t figure out it seems they’re missing some main TV channels regarding News and I thought that was odd. However, I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The ac was was so loud we couldn't use it. The sheets were not clean on the bed... if they were clean then they were grossly stained. The bed was also hard and clanked with every movement you made. The desk chair was broke and wouldn't raise up to the desk at all. Ended up not even sleeping there. Only good thing there was the kind lady at the desk."

"I like an elevator, I'm a senior. 1 bar of soap for sink and tub. No fruit, no juice, the only thing for breakfast was a waffle maker with the batter running all over the container and the cabinet, and 2 kinds of bagels. Not appetizing, even my grandson said no to it."

"The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? "Lights were out in the elevator. Staff put flashlights hanging on the arm rails in the elevator. Sooo dark and unsafe. Isn’t this against code? Tv remote did not work properly. Plain Jane room. Defiantly NOT worth the $250 plus tax I paid for the room. Will not be using this hotel chain again!"

"The room was ok, me and my husband just wanted to get away for a couple of days. It served the purpose but nothing over the top ( at all ). The sink was broken, and so was the shower handle. But at least there wasn’t any roaches like the previous hotel. However, I will most likely not go back."

Both rooms have dirty and soiled carpets; the bathtubs are dingy; one of the refrigerators was stained with some kind of liquid and one of them have roaches. "I wasn’t informed that renovations were being conducted on the property. It was very disconcerting, trying to get into the property because the signs weren’t clearly marked. Also, they were went and clean my room like I wanted to clean and brought clean linens so no I wasn’t happy."

"So overall our stay was good. The front desk staff that checked us in and the one that we gave the key to as we were leaving were both really nice and helpful.
