従業員さんがいい

男女共用ドミトリーに泊まりました。 部屋のドアが重くて固くて、女性の力ではまず開きません。 部屋やシャワーも清潔ではないです。 ですが、従業員さんが優しく、対応がきめ細かく温かいホテルです。 早朝にチェックアウトした私に、朝食をお弁当にして持たせてくれました。

Cramped, dirty, despressing venue

We arrived and were shown to the double delux room, a shoebox space with a bed for 2. The place was damp, the sheets were dirty, there were no windows and an extremely cold air con unit! Breakfast was toast and coffee, my friend had the fruit and had a 24hr bug - we can only assume it was the fruit as I was fine. No one spoke good English, the 'roof top' restaurant was just horrendous.

スタッフの神対応。朝食の豪華さ。

評価がそれほど良くなかったが、値段が安いため、期待せずにこのホテルに泊まりました。ドミトリーのため部屋は6階にありましたが、エレベーターで部屋に行くことができ、苦痛ではありません。部屋にはエアコンが付いており、シャワー2つ、トイレ3つと、もし人が多くても混まないようになっております。部屋自体は年季が入っており、古い臭いもしますが、それほど不快ではありません。そこまでは、評価がそれほど高く無いのが納得できました。しかし、驚いたのがその後です。「朝食が豪華すぎる。」ということです。一般的なホテルでも、多くはトーストとジャムと、少しのおかずくらいだと思います。しかし、ここは一泊6ドルにも関わらず、なんとバイキングです。しかも、出てくる品が本当に美味しかったです。もちろん、コーヒーや紅茶、オレンジジュースも飲み放題です。貧乏バックパッカーをしている私には至福のひと時でした。 正直、これだけで満足していました。しかし、このホテルが本当に素晴らしいと感じたのはそれからでした。私は、ホテルに泊まったら、必ずスタッフに「〜に行きたいけど、どう行くのが1番安い？」等の質問をします。今回でもそれをしましたが、その度に、地図を出してくれては、丁寧に隅から隅まで回答してくれます。そして、スタッフは非常に腰が低く、日本人のようなおもてなしをしてくれます。例えば、ドアマンでも無いのに、客が出ると思ったら、スタッフがドアに駆けつけて、開いたりとです。そんな、スタッフですが、「神対応」とまで評価するのには最後の出来事があってからでした。私は、ヤンゴンからタイのバンコクに戻るため、バスチケットをホテルにて購入しました。バスの時間帯は朝の8時でした。そして、インレー湖やバガンの経験から、バスターミナルまでは車で送迎してくれるものだと思っていましたが、スタッフがそれが無いことを説明していたのを知らず、大変な目に会うことになりました。なぜなら、バスターミナルまで行くのに25キロほどあり、タクシーをつかえば10000チャットが必要だったからです。ミャンマー最終日にして、その出費額はかなり厳しく、払えるわけもありませんでした。そのため、スタッフにタクシー以外の行き方を説明してもらいました。行き方は市バスでターミナル近くまで行き、そこからバイクタクシーを使うという方法でした。そうすれば1200チャットで行けるため、私はそれで行くことに決めましたが、その行き方にはリスクがありました。それは時間がギリギリということです。しかし、夜遅かったにも関わらず幸い朝早くから起きることができ、準備を整え、ロビーに向かいました。すると、スタッフが「あなたが朝早いのを知っていたので、朝ごはんを用意しておきました」と、スチロールの箱にトーストと卵、そして缶コーヒーを用意してくれていました。おかげで、朝ごはんに困ることなく、無事ターミナルに到着し、難なくタイに向かうことができました。まさに、「神対応」とはこのことなのかと感じることができるホテルでした。寝室に年季が入っているのは、寝ている間だけのため、それほど気にならないと思います。何か事をする必要があれば、ロビー近くの椅子で快適に過ごすことができます。

Room furniture as not good as

Not suitable for family and elderly . Bathroom hasn't good enough facility. Night time air-con water dripping sound is noising Inside the room , could not sleep well . Rush for Breakfast ,grape what ever we see, otherwise foods will run out.They not fill back in dinning.

Feedback for stay in Agga Youth Hotel for improvem

The stay was pleasant.and there is a vegetarian restaurant at 13th street where i have most of my meals as i am a vegetarian.the hotel does not provide vegetarian food or breakfast for vegetarian even though it stated somewhere.i met some people staying in the hotel having meals at the vegetarian restaurant.it would be fantastic if hotel could serve a disc or two for vegetarian.About the hotel,it need improvement on the cleaniness for the beddings.ventilation for toilet for some rooms are not proper where the extracted air from other unit were exhaust into the toilet making the air smell bad instead of extracting the foul air.
