"Great hotel in a very convenient location. Cleaning staff was wonderful. My only complaint is about the lack of room service and that the only restaurant in the hotel that serves dinner is targeted towards their "muslim guests". Not everyone wants to eat at a middle eastern themed Halal restaurant. "

"Hotel is clean, staff is helpful, centrally located and I appreciated the separation of the bathrooms. There was 1 bathroom with just a toilet/sink and another with shower/sink. I plan on going back on my next stay in Korea."

"Staff were helpful. Room was clean but certain things were not working (in-room safe) and the light units in the bathroom and room were hanging off the wall. The hotel hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though the rooms are all supposedly non-smoking. Note that any damaged to room - including blocked toilet - would need to be covered by guest’s insurance or credit card. It’s important you inform the hotel as soon as possible after you check in."

"Great location. The second floor allows you direct access to Seoullo 7017 which is the designated pedestrian walkway. Head to Seoul Plaza and Pascucci for a wonderful Italian themed brunch spot. Rooms are very big. Fridge in the room. And free bottled water every day. Very close to Namdaemun Market. When you get your bearings you realize you don’t need to walk along Seoullo 7017 to Seoul Station. You can take the escalator down to Exit 7 or 8 and access it that way. Myeong-Dong is a walk but worth doing. Takes about 20mins. "

"I honestly every single thing which could go wrong went wrong. We checked in early and due to a mixture of being exhausted from travel, a language barrier and the assumption that maybe there was an issue between hotels.com and the hotel I didn’t fully understand they wanted 100% room rate for these extra hours. We felt having the hotel connected to the park would be a fantastic opportunity to head to the park and come and go as you please, you only have 1 free reentry to the park. We wanted to stop for a bite to eat in the hello kitty restaurant, they welcomed us in as we wanted to see what was on offer. We were told we couldn’t eat there which changed from a no to we are full when the restaurant was half empty. There is no bar in the restaurant as an FYI and they are strict on rules that no outside food or drink entry the hotel. The room was dusty which we didn’t realise until after leaving the room and noticing we both stopped being congested as soon as we had some fresh air. My friend had a later flight than myself and wanted to use the amenities after we checked out. She left the sauna to help me bring the luggage down and upon leaving the amenities area was told she would be charged to return. They graciously allowed her back in after complaining Staying here was an extremely expensive mistake for 1 night (priced at 2) and honestly you gain very little staying here over staying literally anywhere else"
