"We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional."

"When we arrived the hotel looked deserted so I called and found out they seem to have a few properties connected on the street. Mid October is off season so we were moved to the harbor hotel a block away. I was very grateful for this since the other one was a ghost town. Out stay at the harbor hotel was fabulous. "When I checked in the staff was gone for the day and left my room key at the office mailbox. The room smelled overpoweringly of cleaning supplies and the smoke detector was chirping every minute. The property issued a refund, which I will give them credit for, but the room smelled too powerfully to stay there. Might be a better property during the tourist season when more people are staying there."
