"Amazing hotel with brilliant staff. Kids loved it, especially meeting the loony toon characters. Took one star off for the food - it wasn’t great (things didn’t taste that good and most of the buffet at dinner time was only luke warm). Breakfast was good though. The staff in the restaurant were amazing! So even though the food wasn’t that good, we still had a great time - which is all due to the lovely staff"

"We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. "exactly for hotel area is good. but breakfast prices soo expensive, and also they don't have shuttle bus to go & from Abudhabi airport. it's difficult when we should go on flight in early morning. Taxi ain't got already yet sometime."
