"When I booked with Expedia I was told one price but when I booked in I was charged more than what I booked the hotel for online. Besides that it was beautiful and clean. A little loud but normal hotel noises from other guest that’s to be expected. "

"Breakfast was ok, checking in was simple and the girl with all the tattoos that checked me in was very nice, polite and fun. Room and bathroom needs to be cleaned and looked at with better detail. There was someone’s used soap stuck on the bathroom wall and furniture needed to be wiped down. "

"While there was a mix up at check in, the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. We had checked in at 2:30 pm, however, we didn't have time to actually go to our room as we needed to get to the wrestling tournament. When we arrived back to motel at 9:30, our keys didn't work. Turns out we never actually got checked all the way into the system and our room was rented to someone else. Took a bit longer than I'd have liked but I appreciate them going out of their way to make it right! The rest...

"No contennial breakfast afte needing a 100$ inncidental that I couldn't pre pay for and had been blind sided by when in a tight spot. Do not recommend if in need for an emergency. Oh and the room service tried to enter without a notice. Good thing I had the door latch on."

"The room was okay. There were scuff marks on the dresser and hair in the shower other than that it was fairly clean. The fountain in the lobby isn’t running and it was nasty looking. The check in lady the afternoon we got there was nice, but none of the others were attentive "
