"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid
Hotels,com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This...

"The tv had no channels on it and wouldn’t connect to the internet so was useless. The guest next door we’re playing loud music way past 11 pm out on the balcony."

"This was a lovely quiet location which was very relaxing.
The property we stayed in was lovely,my only disappointment was the bed was uncomfortable and both pillows were really flat.
This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night.
Other than this ,we enjoyed our stay,and would definately return ."

"Lovely new apartments. Quiet and a good view. Beds were comfy and bathrooms lovely and the kitchen well equipped.
The need for key fobs to go thru every door was somewhat tiresome and a bit surreal. The concierge who carry out the check in for these apartments were helpful. I was somewhat disappointed as there was no hairdryer in the apartment. After a long hold on the phone I was told the housekeeper would bring one Saturday morning (we were going to a wedding) but it never materialised....

"When something goes wrong there is no one to sort it out. We arrived Tuesday late afternoon and found our tv was not working, we told the girls cleaning the rooms the following day as we were leaving who made the comment “ that’s another one to add to the list “"

"The staff were professional and welcoming. Madelyn (manager) was particularly helpful after a stressful experience at the sister property. The woman on night reception was patient and a great communicator. Kai went above an beyond to help me with my return booking to the sister property. He called ahead to ensure a smooth transition and helped me with the door. He managed my issue and took deliveries effortlessly. I am not a fan of the studio so probably won't return.
