"Check-in (and out) was super easy. The staff was attentive and super helpful. The loft suites are superb and spacious. The location is terrific. The restaurants on-site are top-notch. The interior is oddly cool.
The downsides, though? Our door kept locking us out and we would have to go to reception, from the 5th floor using a relatively slow elevator, to get help to let us in. It would take an additional 10-15 minutes to get into our room (multiple times over a 3 night stay). It was a...
