"The room was spacious and quiet. It appeared to be recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Friendly, helpful staff. And the breakfasts were very good with eggs, bacon or sausage, home fries, yogurt, oatmeal, juice snd coffee. I highly recommemd this hotel."

"I stayed for 2 nights and at the end of my stay I noticed some itchy bug bites throughout my body. After getting home, I saw a local provider who determined it was bed bug bites. I called the hotel to let them know and seek some compensation and was denied, which they claimed that I had gotten them from bringing out my luggage at gas stations. "The rooms are good ,well designed and decent size. Staff are friendly but we smelled cigar smell in the reception from staff. AC sound is loud in the night and can hear noise from the other rooms."

I was charged for the room twice (over and above the already charged payment from Expedia) and also a $100 security deposit. I brought it up the next day and it was immediately corrected. "This was the neatest place I've stayed at. The building is gorgeous and they've kept the historic aspects of it very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Staff was all very friendly. There's a nice pub with live music right next door. Lots to do and see in this town. I was very pleased we picked this spot as a halfway point to our destination"

"Not impressed. Some weird stains on the mattress cover and beside the bed. Sheets were clean. Bed was comfy. Dirty sink. Stained shower curtain and bedspread. Checking in, staff was great. Day staff was not nice and barely spoke. Lady running breakfast was very rude when someone told her the coffee was empty. Property very dated. Not worth what we paid."

"My only comment is that I forget we now have to request our room be made up. For a two night stay, I don’t need clean linens, but it would have been nice to have the bed made and the towels folded. I’ll have to remember to make that request in the future. All staff were very nice."
