"I don't like being critical but there were some things that made the place pretty average or below. Snags in the bed comforter, the shower had not been wiped down as there was shampoo/soap left from the last guests, ring around the toilet bowl (maybe the room hadn't been used in a while), couldn't seem to get heat to come out of the univent and the breakfast wasn't anything to remember and the coffee was barely warm at 7:30a.m. which leads me to believe it was from the day before. "We actually didn’t get to stay at this hotel because at check in we were told they didn’t have a room for us. We reserved a Suite on7/29 and when we went for our stay on 10/9 we were told there was water damage in the room and we could not stay in it and they could not accommodate us. They did not contact us at all to inform us of the situation. Expedia tried to find us another hotel close by but we ended up having to drive back home. Do not stay at this hotel!!!"

"The bathroom floor was dirty. The body wash dispenser was empty. At 9:30 we arrived to breakfast to see a man in socks only with a plate completely filled with all the sausage patties left in the tray. He took the plate into the men’s restroom. A few minutes later he came out and went back to the food counters and filled another plate with pastries and again went into the men’s restroom. We reported this to the kitchen attendant and asked for more sausage. He said the kitchen was closed. (The...
