"Wonderful staff and very clean rooms. Historic feel. Don’t plan on utilizing the spa/massage options though. They contract out and she wasn’t available at all during our 4 day stay. "

"Clean room, you can tell it’s a new property. Cashless, even the vending machines downstairs. They had a lot of snack options, along with drinks in the lobby. No garbage can in the bathroom was honestly bothersome, I don’t like throwing away bathroom trash in the kitchen/common area… other than that everything was great."

"The coffee bar was outstanding with fresh ground coffee beans including decafe. The lobby was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The phone in the room did not work not a big deal since everyone has cell phones and a click to schedule wake-up calls. I scheduled the courtesy shuttle to the airport at 4:30am. Nice service."

"The property is essentially brand new! The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly yet professional. My room had a nice view and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant staff was also courteous and welcoming."

"I feel like advertising should be more clear that this property is basically in the hospital parking lot and is likely used primarily by hospital patients. I chose it because it was close to the airport but hated staying on the hospital campus. Bummer way to start a vacation."

When we checked in, we were told there were no two rooms available on the same floor. It was a busy night, and no other rooms were available.
