"There were snafus with the check in. The customer service helped me well but it was a delay in 30 or so minutes to access our two units. The place wasn't cleaned on a certain schedule which is challenging and then you run out of garback bags and toilet paper. It's a great spot for business, and closeness to things like grocery and pubs. I'll stay again for sure. It's a really nice flat for what it is. "

"I liked the roominess of this property. The view to the ocean was also lovely, but it comes with 170 steps to get down to the waterfront! I did not like having to fight for a car park on the street (as there is none included with the apartment), but after 3 weeks of driving around the UK, I now understand this is the norm. "Communication was great. Apartment easy to find from directions & entry was simple once i got my head around the key codes. Apartment was clean & well appointed. Little bit of wear & tear but nothing to detract from the comfort & location. Have already booked up for my next stay in one of their other apartments in the same block."

"The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service."
