"The hotel and the staff is 5 stars. The only thing that I didn't like is the food. Cooks are you and just don't cook the food correctly they just the rush it. I ate raw salmon at people a la carte restaurant. At the main restaurant there were burst food places on buffet shelfs . You will find what to eat but"

"My partner and I are usually active travelers - we spend most of our time exploring, and our accommodation is mainly just a place to sleep and have breakfast. However, this holiday was meant to be different from all the others. For health reasons, we really needed to slow down, reset our minds, and fully relax for once. If you’re looking for a place where there isn’t much sightseeing and all you want is good food, drinks, and time to relax by the pool or the sea, then this is definitely the right place. The food was diverse and absolutely delicious - from the huge selection at the buffet restaurant to the wide range of à la carte restaurants. What surprised us positively was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We had the impression that the hotel mainly caters to guests from the biggest country in Europe, but at no point did we feel treated differently. Full respect to the team for their multilingual skills - it’s truly impressive how many languages they speak and how smoothly they communicate with guests from different countries. Perhaps the only small remark would be that the bellboy could improve his English slightly, but overall the service was excellent. What surprised us negatively is something the hotel unfortunately has little control over - the behavior of some guests. The amount of food waste was shocking. People were piling their plates with far more food than they could possibly eat. In the à la carte restaurants, guests were ordering multiple dishes"

"Best experience ever. Travelling as a big family together can be stressful. We arrived early and welcomed by the staff front desk. Mr Ismael the night manager made sure comfortable. The hotel us early check in and breakfast. Mr Kayvan the guest relation manager whom spook 7 languages. helped us a lot. He upgraded our rooms with extra charges. this hotel hospitality, and the quality of real five star . we enjoyed the clean rooms and receiving fruit baskets and sweets, daily. The food, and the restaurants and beach restaurant was so fresh so good quality with so much varieties. We used swimming in the beach in the pool water park and sauna and Turkish bath daily. We also got a good deal with that group massage which was a good experience. Our ride back to airport was managed by the hotel. If you wanna feel luxury and safe and enjoy every bit of your trip this resort is the answer. Make sure connect with Mr. Kayvan for all the possible solutions . The dinner st the terrace felt very luxury and the kebabs and staffs professionalism, such a great atmosphere and treat with family. It was the stress-free vacation best experiences ever there was a disco night very very organized for people to dance use Shisha Hoka. They had music by turn EnglishTurkish Russian and Persian.
