"I used 9 Coin hotel for a single overnight stay with my family. I had booked Deluxe Quadruple Room with 2 king size beds in a single room. Beds were good size for family of 4 persons. Rooms were clean, air conditioning working which was a blessing in hot weather. Only 1 bathroom proved to be a bit of challenge requiring us to plan usage but nothing unmanageable. We did not use any other facilities such as restaurant. Interaction with staff was limited for check-in and check-out only but staff...

I booked an executive non smoking room, initially they put me in a worst smoking room, terribly stinking, only after rejecting that room they put me in my original reservation. Gross negligence, if you don’t reject that then you are struck with it. Trust me it used to be good, otherwise I would not be coming repeatedly. Bedsheets are not great, you should see bathroom toilet bowl plastic...

The room was dirty, the washroom was extremely unhygienic, there were no amenities, and even basic necessities like drinking water were unavailable. I paid ₹3,100 for my stay, and the experience was absolutely not worth the money. The cleanliness and service were far below acceptable standards. I...
