"Our room is at thrid floor with lots of stairs and no elevator, which is fine.
1. There is a bed in the attic, but ac can't reach it and it was super hot up there.
2. There is a bed under the main bed, but when we pulled it out it was really dirty and dusty under there. My friend and I ended up having to share the one bed.
3. The bathroom door doesn't close unless one person pushes it in really hard from outside.
4. The ac is hard to control.
Overall the hotel was at a good location( 15 mins...

"The hotel rules very strict, we can not sit on the sofa when we want to have discussion with my customer. The staff do not allow us to wear hotel sandals to the breakfast room, but this rule was not consistent, i can see some other people can wear the sandals. Quite annoying. Anothet negative is that, the rooms are not cleaned properly, i can see that the strings and hairs on the carpet was there for a few days in my room, which shows that the carpet was not cleaned at all. But the positive point...

"A good central location in Seoul, if a little hard to find at first. Staff were always polite, courteous and helpful and booked a DMZ tour for us. Excellent value for money."
