"The property as a whole is excellent....the valley view rooms are amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are great, bathrooms clean and have been renovated well. The checkin experience was sub-par - the specific manager who did our checkin was rude and un-empathetic. The restaurant is good - while they have quite a bit of options, not everything is available. "The service team in the hotel is one of the best - always courteous, professional and caring. If you’re going to Yercaud look no further. The entire team - restaurant managers, breakfast team, front desk and house keeping team made our stay very comfortable. Prabakaran in front desk and Sathyan in the Orange restaurant took special care for us. This is my second time here and the hotel only keeps improving."
