Caucasus hotel is a very nice place and a good choice despite the fact that it's not in the center of Yerevan. The staff is very helpful ,welcoming and always ready to assist regardless of the lack of English language. Highly recommended 👌

Overall good , but They strongly declare that we don’t follow Expedia, booking or hotels.com rules . They never give you free offers that You (hotels.com) guaranteed To give to your customers like free nights, free upgrade, fixed prices ,... And they say we have our local rules and we are not aware of prices that mentioned On those sites or applications. It was a great hotel with almost full facilities, but if you could pass the mentioned problem you might have a pleasant staying over there in spite of being a bit far from downtown (almost 9 miles).

Большим разочарованием в этом году (в прошлом году в этом же отеле останавливался) оказался бассейн. В него платный вход всем желающим из города, и поэтому негде яблоку было упасть.

Good choice

As a total our experience is good. One receptionist was not so seviceminded but anotther one was very good. As my wife got sick the hotel were kind to let us have the room for free to chek out at 5.30 pm without any charge! A very nice guesture!! Good with pool as it was a hot day. +39 degrees. I can recomend the hotel for a short time. Value for money was ok. Breakfast ok.

I have paid to Hotels.com during booking. But the hotel didn't received the confirmation from Hotels.com and asked for payment before checking in. So we have no choice but paid first.
