"Good location Clean Just in Armenia doesn’t have hospitality! Missed an item there and they didn’t help and no answer to many massages I sent! They didn’t help to get taxi and said right way to get to another hotel! I think we don’t want visit this country anymore. They just think about money money more money"

"This hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a quiet and peaceful stay. My only suggestion is regarding the double bed, which was quite small for two adults. I would recommend upgrading to standard-size double beds to make guests’ stay more comfortable"

"This hotel has a lovely lobby, spacious rooms, and a very kind, helpful staff. The first night I arrived late and had trouble finding the hotel; there is no signage on the building or door. During the day, the door is left open and the sign is visible on the wall. The rest of my stay was comfortable, and on the morning I left, the staff helped me get a car to the bus station because my phone wasn't connecting very will."

"Amazing location right near the center. We had a two bedroom and loved our stay. The room was excellent- very clean, quite, spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The AC worked great, which was important in the middle of the summer when it was in the mid 90s outside. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and spoke English in addition to Armenian and Russian. The food at the hotel was excellent though a bit on the pricey side compared to restaurants outside the hotel....

"Staff was attentive and nice. Breakfast was lovely. Pool was excellent - clean and warm and the surrounding area had heated floors! My only issue was the bigger bed being a combination of two small beds put together and not one solid mattress."
