"We rented the one bedroom apartment, so I'm not sure what all the rooms are like, but the apartment only had windows in the bedroom, the rest of the apartmenent had no windows. The gym was very good and the location is very central."

"Wow, was I fooled by the pictures of the gym, pool, and sauna! The gym was basic and about the size of my room (two double beds, non-suite) but the real disappointments were that the sauna was broken and the outdoor pool was air temperature. The broken sauna is located in the gym at the far center wall, so one would either walk dripping with sweat across the gym to the outdoor pool or back to the elevators because there is no shower or locker room. What a haphazard design!

"Room was tidy and bed was super comfy. Room has everything you need like an apartment would. Wish we had a city/river view instead of concrete construction. We stayed one night so not a big inconvenience. Staff were so lovely and helpful. With our planned activities for the day/night we didnt get to explore the facilities as much but a quick walk around the next morning was awesome. Photos were exact to listing. Will stay again.

"I like the friendly staff who helped when needed. The suite was well appointed and it was wonderful having a washing machine & dryer. The only thing I could fault with was the number of toiletries & tea & coffee satchets provided. We had a 3 day stay & there was only enough for one so I had to ask for more. "Our bathroom was filthy, the shower was mouldy and there was previous guests hair in the sink, we were given half a roll of toilet paper, the air conditioner was for cooling only and they provided us with a very small oil heater. breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was lovely. We chose this hotel on expedia 4 star rating and good reviews and we are very disappointed."
