"Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and friendly atmosphere allowing for the mingling with other guests if desired. The waterfalls and quaint townships were very close. A great location!"

"Arrived late, note on reception door to locate keys , easy peasy. Room was spot on, even found an corneto ice cream in the kitchenette freezer. Not good as we had to fight over who ate it! Handy spot with good rooms"

"In actual fact the property needs to be bulldozed and replaced. It is a worn out old motel. It was only for one night a bed and a shower in the toilet and that’s all it was good for, the fluorescent light in the bathroom flicked and wouldn’t stay on the smoke detector in the room had been removed. I thought that was an interesting effect. When I asked the motel staff they said I will fix that question. Maybe not. It’s my first and last day there."

"The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. "We had a wonderful stay at Sinclairs Country Retreat. The private rooms are very comfortable, and we were lucky to have a lovely terrace overlooking the garden, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The owners were kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good overall; in my opinion, it could be improved with a bit more fresh fruit and some savory options (such as eggs and ham). Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent, and we would definitely recommend staying here."
