Dear Sir/Madam, With all due respect, we're sorry that you had to go down this way to write us a disappointing feedback upon your recent experience in staying with us. Since you did not even communicate with us from the moment you checked-in until your check-out time when we took the liberty to give you free ride to your new hotel (still not a word was given to us), we apologize because we couldn't assist you with anything you need or address your complaint accordingly. We'd like to give our guests the best service during their stay with us, but we can't do this if our guests aren't interested in being helped. We realized the language barrier was maybe the reason it was so hard for us to communicate to each other as none of our staffs speak Japanese and it was so hard to understand your meaning just by listening to one word in English.
