Room and toilet is not so good and old, but the swimming pool, staff and location are very good!! 2~3 min. to malioboro st., another 2 min. to Mall.

The first room was infested by ants but we got moved to another. Not that much better and quite dirty. The pool area and garden was quite nice and the best thing is the location right a few mins from Malioboro street. We had an incident where passport disappeared then was mysteriously put back after we threatened to phone the pokice

Hun onderhoud kamer is basis, versleten badkamer, spinnewebben en mieren. Lakens zijn gewassen maar niet echt proper en kan met een gat zijn door het veelvuldig wassen. Het zwembad is wel goed onderhouden.

Very close to the action, food, shopping with nice comfortable spacey room and very pleasant staff, the tv reception was shocking and they didn’t fix it, the swimming pool is very big and kept spotless. Security is very good and didn’t have to worry about a thing. The only downfall is the closeness of the local mosques with speakers aimed directly towards the hotel and very loud other wise a great place to stay

L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans un endroit calme et à deux pas de Malioboro. Petit déjeuner Indonésien, pas beaucoup de choix mais de bonne qualité. La piscine est agréable également. Salle de bain humide et propreté moyenne.

For the price we paid, we are satisfied; from the previous reviews, we were prepared for the hotel’s condition (needs updating). The staff are very helpful and accommodating and most speak English well. The place is geared for local travelers, so if you are an international traveler used to a lot of amenities and expect updated decor, this may not be the place for you. The cottages are cleaned/serviced daily, but because of the old condition of the building, the general appearance looks rundown. The bathroom is the one place that can benefit from deep cleaning - the floor and walls can be cleaned more, like what is done to the cottage floor tiles, which are a gleaming white. The bathroom vent needs dusting and the sink can probably be replaced. There is hot water but the water pressure varies. Please note that the sleeping area is small at around 150 square feet but if you will just use it for sleeping at night, it is adequate. Each cottage is equipped with a small front porch area that can seat 4 so that is additional useable living space. The breakfast buffet (included in the daily rate) is mostly Indonesian food and varies daily. The Western style items that are constants are white bread (no toaster provided), butter/margerine, jam/jelly, seasonal fruits (they served watermelon and papaya)and fruit juice (guava). There’s also coffee and tea. You should request a breakfast ticket from reception everyday.

Character hotel near Malioboro st shopping

The hotel consists of many small bungalows set around a very big pool. There are 3 types of rooms but all are same size just differing by a minibar or pool view as the price increases slightly . There were only two things not perfect 1 Breakfast was buffet style but always Indonesian style with no western options 2 The hot water was only warm in the shower . Neither of these worried me but affect some guests. The room is quiet and comfortable bed . The restaurant is open all day with good prices and nice food . It's five minutes walk to heaps of shopping in Malioboro street where there is amazing choice at very cheap prices.. A great place to stay where it's close to everything but feel like you're in the country with no traffic noise. ( But can hear planes from airport travelling above)

Charming cabins in a quiet spot!

This hotel was even better than we expected--namely because it's a series of small, individual cabins set in a quiet part of an otherwise busting area. It's very close walking distance to shops and food on Marlioboro, stellar museums, and the palace, which we loved. Our room was very comfortable and clean, plus with great water pressure and very warm water (always nice)! The restaurant on site had a tasty breakfast buffet option, too--mostly local foods without a Western food option, which is exactly how we would have wanted it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

For the price 60,000 idr per night we could have stayed in a more modern hotel. Breafast included was not to our taste. The bathroom was stinky. The pool was nice and hotel location great - close to train station and Maliboro Street and Matahari Mall.

Hotel in the heart of Malioboro Street

Environment is good with swimming pool. Breakfast are rice, meat, fruits and drinks. Not the American style breakfast (No bread no egg) Need to improve to provide a bigger blanket for queens side bed. Overall still good!

Nice Stay in Comfortable Room

Nice enough place with decent service. We were, however, urged to buy Borobadur tickets from the hotel, supposedly saving us money, but, in fact, it cost more. Also, our reservation for a car and driver for one day was never located, though the hotel called in a car from another service.

Old cottage at central Jogja

If you prefer to Cottage hotel, it's not bad idea to stay this hotel. Location is nice at central Yogyakarta. However especially bathroom is so old not clean.

Good price for a good location.

Great location. Lots of smoking around the grounds and lots of children. Wifi is slow in the rooms. Water pressure is limited. But it fit our needs for a room with three beds and an easily walkable location.

Nice. It's a resort in the middle of the city.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I did called them twice before my stay because I need their help in arranging my personal matter, they are very helpful.. they keep 'it' safe for me. I am satisfied with their service. It is not a 5 star hotel, so do the rate/price. So I didn't expect more on it. The price is suitable with the services & accommodation provided. The weakness is only the wi-fi because you can't get in the room and i'm not sure about other area.

Bien situé, pourrait être plus propre

Hotel très bien situé sur une rue adjacente à malioboro sans les inconvenants d'une rue bruyante. Piscine très agréable. Hygiène de la chambre mauvaise pour le prix (moisissures partout dans la salle de bain jusque dans le lavabo et les toilettes, sol pas propre, odeur pestilentielle provenant de l'évaluation de la douche). Wifi inexistant dans les chambres qui ne sont pas autour de la piscine.
