Merapi View, as they say
Booked balcony room with merapi view because of the photos I saw on the app. At the reception I was first given an ordinary balcony room until I showed my reservation. I got a room on the corner with a small window facing the merapi and a balcony facing the street, which made feel.a bit duped. Otherwise the rest of the stay was ok. I wouldn't mind coming back, but I don't think I will book a merapi view room again, which is only a bit more expensive.

Saya menginap di hotel ini bersama suami dan anak bayi berusia 1 tahun. Kondisi kamar overall bagus, kondisi shower sangat MEMPRIHATIN kan karena bauu pesing, padahal belum pernah di gunakan. kamar yang saya tempati ( 4017) sangat SPOOKYY. anak saya menangis terus menerus malam itu. Gym nya yang sangat mini dan hanya ada 2 treadmil ( untuk kapasitas kamar yg 100 sangat disayangkansekali). Kolam renang yang harus melewati ruang makan sangat membuat kondisi tidak enak untuk berenang .. SAYA TIDAK MEREKOMENDASIKAN HOTEL INI....

Secara keseluruhan puas walaupun hanya semalam dan tdk sempat menikmati fasilitasnya. Yang saya suka King Size Bed di Deluxe room jadi ber 3 dgn anak masih lega. Komunikasi Karyawan agak kurang update krn jam Breakfast yg dimajukan tdk diinfo padahal saya sudah minta pack makan pagi utk 2 kmr krn hrs berangkat jam 6.

Kurang koordinasi antara staf hotel. Pagi saya menitipkan kunci kamar ke front office, malam saya mau ambil dibilang gak ada penitipan kunci. Pada hari terakhir menginap, saya informasikan ke front office untuk late checkout. Saya sudah bayar biaya late checkoutnya. Jam 3 sore kamar saya dibuka oleh staf hotel tanpa mengetuk pintu terlebih dahulu. Begitu tahu di dalam kamar masih ada orangnya, staf tadi langsung ngacir tanpa menutup pintu. Menurut saya harga kamarnya masih overprice. Kalau di harga 400 ribuan wajar.

Stayed for three nights, had an absolutely wonderful time. Highlights were the gorgeous pool (just the right temperature, every other pool we’ve had in Indonesia has been way too hot!), the friendly staff, and the enormous breakfast buffet — if you’re hesitating about paying the extra for the free breakfast, it’s absolutely worth it, and it’s a little different every day. There was some construction going on and we had a city view room which would have looked out onto it, so they were kind enough to move our room to a different city view without making us ask. My only complaint is that the lounge/bar, the Pink Elephant, was closed the whole time we were there due to the construction. A very minor inconvenience, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Despite that, excellent stay!

Hôtel moderne, mais ayant connu des jours meilleurs. Beaucoup d’installations sont déjà vétustes. Les clients sont principalement des touristes locaux. Nous avions été attirés par les photos ainsi que le restaurant. La carte est petite et la qualité tout à fait quelconque. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est constitué principalement de plats locaux. Avec la possibilité toutefois de trouver un comptoir avec des œufs et des viennoiseries. Les chambres cotes rue sont bruyantes. Il faut prendre une chambre côté piscine. Nous avons été déçu dans l’ensemble et ne retournerons pas dans cet établissement.

Rooms were a decent size and clean. The pool was huge and perfect for a dip after walking around. The breakfast was also really delicious. We also got massages that were great!

객실- 시원한 에어컨. 냉장고 성능×. 방음×(비행기소리, 도로의 바이크 소리, 윗방의 화장실 소리, 옆방의 사람들 소리까지 전부 생생하게 들림- 잠을 자기 힘들 정도) 식당- 실내와 야외로 나누어짐.(실내 에어컨 약함) 부대시설- 깨끗한 수영장. 저녁 라이브 카페(그러나, 가수의 목소리는 좋았으나, 손님들의 노래자랑 시간은 소음에 가까움. 당연히, 방에서도 생생하게 들리고 2시간 가량을 들어야 했음) 주변 볼거리- 말리오보르몰까지 도보10분.

Stay at this at 7th floor and it’s pretty windy. The staff are great willing to help you all the way. Although the electricity tripped every night the staff was quite to rectified when I reported it in the morning. Breakfast was sumptuous but it’s eating at the pool side is not advisable for non smokers. The outdoor gym only has a treadmill, stationery bicycle and some weights.

Good stay
Overall, good stay and value for money. Located reasonably close (just under a kilometer) to Jogja's central railway station. Would have been nicer to be a bit closer to Malioboro street. Room (on 4th floor) was quite simple, but nice, although lateral soundproofing seemed to be lacking. Breakfast was fine for me. The 'Pink Elephant' bar on the second floor, but readily accessable to external customers, was very convenient, and served light meals. I ate there several times and the food was very hot, fresh and tasty. Staff notably friendly and helpful.

Our stay at The 101
We spent four nights in a deluxe, Merapi view room. Never saw Merapi due to unclear weather but enjoyed the view of the pool area from our sixth floor balcony. If we have any complaints one is the moldy looking tile grout and caulk in the shower. It needs a scrubbing. We also found only two bath and one hand towel to be very skimpy. No wash cloths! I suppose the days of those quality travel toiletries are pretty much history as today we are seeing fixed containers in hotels. Generally the quality being used is inferior. We were not impressed by the shampoo and body wash found at the 101. Breakfast consisted of a wide variety. A!I dishes, even in warmer servers, were at room temperature. I rate it as ok, not memorable. The public areas and our room was clean. The floor always felt a bit dirty. Overall I recommend the 101, especially if you want to be within walking distance of Malioboro.

Excellent
Hôtel style resort, très bien, staff à la hauteur. Restaurant et bar un peu cher par contre.

Staff were great. Very helpful in all of our questions and favors. They had prepared a breakfast box for us since we were leaving early for Borobudur. (A bit of miscommunication though on the time, thus we left the hotel 30mins late waiting for the box). Special mention goes to Dana who we met at the coffee shop during breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful

This is a really good option for Yogyakarta. Close to Malioboro and very nice pool/dining area.

Lovely rooms, lovely view, breakfast needs work
Great rooms, the pool was lovely, we were told on arrival that the fitness centre was actually an outdoor gym with 1 treadmill, 1 bike and weights up to 5kg... Not ideal in the heat. The rooms were lovely and the rooms had a little balcony overlooking the mountain. Very close to the main strip of shops and street food! The staff cooking the food need to work on hygiene and wear hair nets. I found 3 hairs in my food during my first breakfast which put me off their food for the week!

繁華街に近いビジネスホテル
町のTUGU駅に近く、賑やかなショッピング街まで歩いて10分程度です。 町中のため、ロビーや部屋はやや狭く、ビジネスホテルくらいの感覚です。 従業員の方はインドネシアらしく明るく、親切です。残念なのは朝食。 堅く冷えたパンとどうということのない味の標準的なメニューです。昼食、夕食は取っておりませんが､朝食から類推すると期待は出来ないのでは。。。 ホテルライフを楽しむためでなく、足場の良い宿泊と考え､外食をすれば問題はありません。

Kjempeflott hotell!
Hotellet var gelding flott og fantastisk service fra vi ankom stedet. Vi ble oppgradert og fikk rom ved bassenget med egen utgang til bassenget og private solsenger. Det er sol der fra morgen til ca 12. Rommet var litt lite med to mennesker med bagasje men fint, rent, praktisk og komfortabelt. Frokosten er fantastisk med stort utvalg. De har spa og laundry på hotellet, fikk ikke prøvd. Egen bar i andre etasje som er isolert fra resten av hotellet og gjør den litt koseligere av den grunn. 24 timers bemanning i resepsjon, alltid behjelpelige med å ordne taxi og hva det enn måtte være.

Nice hotel near to Malioboro Street
nice hotel, near to Malioboro Street and train station. when you walk out of the hotel to the right side is the Tugu Jogja. and on the left is all the street food. during my stay on first night while sleeping, experience earthquake, bed was shaking. Overall stay at hotel is pleasant and this is my second time back to stay here.

Amazing hospitality
Me and my Wife stayed there for 5 nights and the overall experience was superb. Staff was very friendly. Facilities was very good. Location was quite good also. We travelled around using grab service and reached a few shopping malls within few minutes. Overall good experience.
