We had a fantastic stay from start to finish at Hotel Gracery in Shinjuku! Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Rooms comfortable, but very dated, and generally quite shabby. Hotel is split across numerous different annexed levels. Had to skip the breakfast service due to huge queue/ inadequate provision for number of guests. This hotel needs renovation.
