I felt really bad but she was so great. This trip would have been a lot harder to navigate if it wasn’t for her help. "This hotel is fantastic! Right at the foot of the Avatar mountains, with stunning views. The staff was super helpful—booked all our park tickets and shuttles for us. The pools are huge and perfect for relaxing, and breakfast had lots of local choices. Everything was clean, comfy, and well-organized. Highly recommend!"

"Really great stay. Large spacious rooms with amazing views of Tianmen Mountain. Owner is super sweet and accommodating. Restaurant at the guesthouse is some of the best food we’ve had on the trip for an excellent value - close to downtown and the airport. Note that on DiDi / AMaps it only comes up as Zhangjiajie Bantian Homestay."
