I arranged for the complimentary transportation by calling an automated number, followed the van on a website as was suggested. The van arrived in a timely manner and the driver was professional and courteous. I was checked in quickly, along with a flight crew. I found my room, which was upgraded for me. "I really liked the location of this Hilton Garden. There were so many shops, restaurants, drugstores, gas stations, grocery stores and bank writhin a few blocks or few feet. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, nice modern touches. Lots of lighting choices and the reading lights were great for a little bright light, and the housekeepers were so nice.
