"We loved our 2 rooms here. Beds were super comfortable, amenities were fantastic, food was tasty, we liked the history and decor, & we had great rooms with garden views. It was also nice to say someplace right next to the train station (especially since we brought my senior parents) and have the option of leaving luggage and exploring the city before check in / not taking your luggage all over town. For those driving, the car park / parking lot seem to be large enough to accommodate many visitors. "

"Great hotel. Location is prefect from the station and so central for exploring York. Our room was clean and spacious. Space to chill in room after a day exploring. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel as really felt £30 per person was far too expensive. "

"Superb apart from noise in room from air conditioning bank on outside ground below bedroom. Sleepless first night but reception brilliant next morning and arranged to move room away from noise. "

I understand that pigeons have already their places and is hard to maintained but it just too fantastic view and windows could be a little bit more clean "
