"Outdated, child-ridden, dirty!
The stairway to our room was full of bugs and looked like it had never been cleaned. There was a huge spider on its web and other dead bugs all over the corners, rafters, and stairs and we barely made it up the stairway.
We were not informed of the ability to rent a golf cart at check-in and when we called the next morning to see about renting one (after seeing everyone else on them throughout the resort) there weren't any left.
We were given paper maps and a resort guide. It's the year 2026, so these should have been available online.
The River Pool staff service was great and so were the food and drinks, but the rowdy children made it hard to enjoy. Parents just sat there while they splashed people in the face and threw footballs, narrowly missing tables and other people lounging. The children were old enough to know better if they had any manners; the lack of parenting was unacceptable."
