Parking and check in was easy. The front desk was friendly and prompt. The room was impeccably clean. All of the linens were white. Everything seemed to be wiped down smelled fresh and the air conditioning was great. I’m actually shocked that I paid the price I did. I would’ve thought that a room like that would’ve went for more. I definitely will come back if I’m in the area!

My room smelled like an unclean dog. To the point , my son and I had horrible headaches. I reported to the front desk 3 times. If this is going to be a pet friendly environment, I would hope they had proper cleaning supplies.

I was on the first floor near the entrance and heard their security door open and close (loudly) at least 200 times. Property was clean and in good repair. No curtains on the window - just hard to seal blinds. Lots of nearby road noise from motorcycles and large trucks. So - facility was in decent shape, but noise dampening was bad.

The room smelled really bad when we first walked in. Found the trash can was full (including dirty diapers). The window was left open (assuming they were airing it out). Dishwasher wasn’t emptied as well. The staff handled the issue immediately and we appreciate their efforts.

Pros - this hotel is super affordable and fairly modern and clean, and the staff was helpful and kind. Location is good for getting around and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Large parking lot, but lots of potholes in one entrance and the other entrance is shady without any signage, having to go through a drugstore parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot. Cons - So many. The biggest reason for the 3 rating are the beds. You can see in most other reviews. The beds are simple metal frames, thin mattresses, and no box springs. They are uncomfortable and more importantly they are incredibly squeaky and noisy. Each bed has 3 square "pillows" that are maybe 12" x 12" at most, and not real pillows at all. Super lumpy, uncomfortable, and tiny. There are other cons to this hotel, but what you need most in a hotel is a decent place to sleep. And this, unfortunately, is not it. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighboring room have a normal conversation. The hotel is advertised as an extended stay, but in order to stay for longer than a weekend, you will need to bring everything in yourself. There is a kitchenette with completely bare shelves and drawers. Not even a water cup. Super weird. No hangers in the closet. No curtains on the window, just blinds that let in lots of light to wake you up early. If you're on a tight budget, maybe stay here! But bring your own pillows, an eye mask, ear plugs, and kitchen gear.

The check in and out was very smooth. Our room was clean and updated; however, we were surprised that the room didn’t have an iron and ironing board, and the pillows were very flat. It was good for our quick overnight visit and the price was certainly good.

If I could give a no Stars, I will. fisrt of all. Please stay away from this hotel. On the day of the arrival the front desk person that checked me and family in, was not careful with my personal information, he left the copy of the DL on top of the desk and the same time he was assisting another guest that she was having problems with the payment. No regards on keeping private information PRIVATE. We got to the room the door lock from inside did not lock, the next morning we told the other front desk about the lock and he said he will let maintanance person to see about it; which it never did. the room was clean. I took my shose off and the floors felt dusty and dirty, I also mentioned that the same morning to the front desk person and he said that if I wanted someone to clean the room I will have to pay, housekeeper goes to the room every 15 days but he was going to tell them to the room to do a light cleaning, if you go to a hotel you spect that the place is clean, also the hallways smell like weed and also the recpection area. 2 days later the A/C broke down we found out very late in the evening because we were out the whole day. They adivse us that there was nothing to do at night that we either we move to another room in the first floor (and we were in the 4th floor) or they can give us a fan. we chose the fan for the night, I have a 7 month baby I just can not get up and go. the next day the technicial went to the room and he said that we needed to move to another roo

Pleased with the room. The location was great because you can walk to WALGREENS if needed or go across the street to Walmart. I found this location ideal for easy access to the places a traveler might need in a pinch.

Bottom line: there was no hot water and the entire hotel smelled. Our actual room seemed clean but everything reeked of something. The shower was ice cold and maintenance was not available to help. The staff, to their credit, offered to switch rooms but there was nothing available on that floor and since we were leaving in a few hours it wasn’t worth moving all the luggage just to possibly still not have hot water. I will never stay here again.

Staff were wonderful and the location was great. A lot around the hotel. The room was great. The bed was horrible , felt like sleeping on plywood. I was disappointed because I really liked the hotel and wanted to stay additional night but just couldn’t sleep in that bed again .

The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable along with the bed frame that was noisey, which made resting difficult. The room was also missing basic amenities such as Kleenex, mirror, iron/ironing board and coffee maker in the room which would have added to the convenience of the stay. Overall, the service and cleanliness were great, but these issues impacted my comfort.
