"I was very disapoibted with the Hotel! The Reception staff was very limited and really not helpful! booked 2 rooms on the same reservation and we were given rooms in really far apart from eachother and our party had kids who could not be apart. we asked for adjacent rooms and we were rudely told it was not in the instructions at time of reservation thefore it was done that way. Then we were told hotel was full and could not accomodate. I was looking forward to the breakfast buffet asper reviews ir was amazing, however the food was just blend, lots of blend options. rooms are very clean but outdated. I know it is an older hotel but they could do a better job in keeping to date. soroundings are great and all other amnenities were great they just really need to work on their customer service and get rooms updated.
