"I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had at your hotel. I was unable to make the trip, so I gave my reservation to my sister and her three children, including her youngest, who is only 4 years old, so they could enjoy a staycation.
After spending the day out, they returned to the hotel only to be locked out of their room for over five hours. Staff repeatedly promised that maintenance was on the way and they would be back in their room shortly, but those promises were never...

"This hotel was nothing as advertised. There was no restaurant or bar on the property, the property is under construction, and the elevator was not working properly. The wifi does not work either. I paid extra for these amenities and was extremely disappointed with this stay."
