"The hotel is close, about 10 minute walk to old town and a straight but longer walk to house of parliament. Bucharest is huge so hard to get a hotel close to everything. Anyway Mercure urinii staff were incredible from the start. I had five days before a tour I was on started from same hotel. They made it so easy to stay in my room rather than change. Allowed me to keep a bag in storage until I returned. And if you want a chat check Louis out in the hotel bar. Breakfast is plentiful...

"Very nice place near Grand Cafè Van Gogh (which is nothing special, believe me) right in the hearth of the old city. Just 16 rooms but very comfortable. Breakfast was also good with enough choice. Personnel very nice and helpful. Will stay again for sure."

"The staff are friendly and helpful. After a 14 hour flight I was able to check in right away without any issue. The area is pretty cool with lots of options to choose from food and entertainment wise. At night things get pretty loud as the city roars to life. If noise is a concern this hotel is not for you as it can be loud. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the room was small and cozy, perfect for my trip. I would for surely recommend this hotel, and if ever back in Romania I will stay again....
