"We had a great stay. Although our initial room was clean and well-maintained, it lacked WiFi access. However, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and promptly moved us to a larger room with a fantastic internet connection. We were very pleased with the service. Additionally, there was sufficient parking available at the back of the property, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of continental options along with made-to-order hot food. We truly enjoyed our time there!"

"Safe, clean, quiet, and cosy. A quaint walk from the train station. My only issue is that I found the room to be quite cold with no way to adjust the temperature myself. There is no staff on the property, so not an easy fix. "

Very un-green: no double glazing anywhere I saw. Room cleaning skimpy - glass shelf over sink always left unwiped, tea provisions not topped up adequately, bath not wiped round. Food excellent quality, well prepared. More choice of breakfast buffet items would be welcome. If you are solo and book in advance for dinner, be aware that you might...

"Excellent value for money. The rooms were very comfortable with quality fittings and accessories. The staff were both pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was well prepared and tailored to our requests. We would recommend the Riverside Inn unreservedly."

"From arriving to departure the owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We went B&B, plus evening meal, which was well worth it. Big mention to three of the staff Will, Osian “Fish” and Willow who really went out of their way to make sure our 3 night stay was very memorable. Will definitely be trying the sister hotel in Dolgellau in the near future."

"The property was very quirky. It was well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was not a lot of space for clothes e.g. drawers or shelves for putting clothes, only the one very small wardrobe. If anyone has problems with stairs there was a spiral staircase which was quite tricky. It looks amazing though. The breakfast was very nice, no self service, all brought to the table."
