"Clean, good breakfast"

"As VIP member of hotels.com i was notified that we are entitled to NTD 1,400 credit for tour, but this was not informed until i checked out from the hotel and they forced me to take the tour in the afternoon where it’s not suitable with our schedule. Also in the beginning the reception didn’t aware of the voucher, seems like miscommunication between hotels.com and the property. "Great location, right across from 水社, friendly staff, nice breakfast, easy parking and the very comfortable bed."

Conrad Hotels &...

"Staff Lin (林) was very wonderful and helpful. Mr Lin provided us all assistance beyond we expected. He was warm and friendly. He guided us for car parking with a nice ride😃, my first motorcycle ride👍 He helped us unloading our luggages and introduced the areas with delicious local food. He made our trip in a great memory. We would like thank him and wish him the best."

"Excellent accommodation. Wonderful location and very helpful staff. Great breakfast."

"I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !"
