"Room was very much what we expected and needed. Front desk staff was very helpful in storing our luggage as we arrived in the morning. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy. Super nice staff. Hot water was great. We had A/C but didn't actually use it because of the nice temperatures at the time. Nice hot water/tea station in the shared area. Lots of toiletries, towels, etc. A very nice stay overall and I would recommend this place for a good central stay in Kowloon. "

"It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. "it is a very small room but big enough for one person, you paid for what you get, fair enough. It even has a small window in that room and the only problem is there is a light right outside of the window which was on all night. No curtain, nothing at all that I can use to block the light.
