"Great hotel everything was excellant"

"The Hilton Yuma Pivot Point doesn't quite live up to its prestigious name. My room had a torn couch, a slow-draining sink, along with a dirty shower enclosure. All of which was documented to the front desk manager's attention. No one came up to inspect my room. Notwithstanding, the breakfast was very good."

"The rooms were clean and the staff greeted us cheerfully. Breakfast each morning was awesome. The only inconvenience was the A/C for the indoor pool was not working properly. The outdoor temperature while we were there was 105 or so in the afternoon so that chased us indoors. Over all we had a great stay and would book another stay if we are in the area."

"They booked a stay for about with about 150 soldiers and didn’t bring extra personnel in for breakfast so we got no breakfast no place to sit. They double triple charged my credit card still trying to get the money back now other bills are affected because of their negligence and of course there’s no manager to talk to."

"Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a cheerful and energetic young lady. She facilitated an early check-in and provided exceptional assistance in recommending local dining establishments for the evening. The property itself appears to be in need of refurbishment and modernization. Our room presented with an unpleasant odor, and the bedding and pillows were notably uncomfortable, leading to a perception of substandard accommodation. Consequently, we will not be returning to this establishment."

"The entire stay was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The shower head was streaming as expected. The free breakfasts were not just the normal typical foods. It was a buffet style, and the foods included scramble eggs (with cheese, sausage, and bacon), pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, and I know I'm forgetting the abundance of foods that was offered. "que hotel tan cochino parese que se quedan pura jente de la calle los cuartos apestan a pura droga me diero dos cuarto y los dos estaban susios y ya el tercero el pizo estaba pecajoso como que tampoco lo limpiaron con mucho que aberique con la del oficina no hisieron nada nunca otra bes mefui al otro dia y busque en otro yo sabia que no me darian mi dinero para tras por los dos dia que deje por que compre con expidia y expidia no reqresa tu dinero"
