"Leider ist die Belüftung der engen Kabinen (Größe Schlafwagenabteil in Europa) problematisch. Während unseres Aufenthaltes roch es penetrant nach verstopftem Abfluss (wo auch immer die Luft innerhalb des Terminals angesogen wird); von wirklicher Frischluftzufuhr kann aber auch so keine Rede sein; es ist sehr stickig, der kleine Ventilator in der Decke dafür recht laut. Eben gesamthaft eher eine Notlösung, bevor man in der Abflughalle campiert."

The staff were incredibly helpful especially Gerardo ,Carla,Elizabeth.Gerardo walked with me to the cable car station to help me.. "The hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent location in Calacoto, just across the street from the cable car with great connection to the rest of La Paz. Room was clean and comfortable. I had a problem with the TV and the safety box and they fixed immediately. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. I definitely recommend it."
