"The Hotel was very clean and nice! The staff were all very nice and helpful! We are located within a mall which makes it nice to go a shop and get food from the food court! There is a movie theater right there so if you speak Spanish if not, it’s ok, they have great pop corn for sale! We never had the breakfast here because we were always on the go!"

"A perfect option if you want a party hostel, less good if you want to rest at a 5 star hotel. We were on the 7th floor and a party upstairs on the 9th continued until almost 1am, with loud music coming down the open sides of the building and into our room. When I went to discuss with reception, the manager Mariana Pereira gave me the option of dealing with it or leaving the hotel (at midnight). The party upstairs probably paid the hotel a lot of money to rent the space so they didn't care about...

The bed was very comfortable, the shower had hot water consistently, and overall the property had a high-end appearance.
