"It was understand construction. Would have been nice to know before booking. Check in was easy and the staff was nice. Not many parking spaces due to construction. I was given a newly remodeled room. Room was clean. Bathtub faucet leaked the whole time. Bathroom lights are not bright enough. Ironing board was broken and kept falling down. Parts of the carpet were falling apart on the ends, paint on carpet in spots. Comforter on bed was ripped. Towels had stains on them. Tv only had sports...

"We arrived at the property at 11pm. The instructions we received were to check in before midnight. There was no one at the front desk nor answering the telephone number posted in the lobby. We were charged $100 shortly after 8pm. Please refund and cancel the remaining days."

"There was no cooking or eating dishes. I was not pleased with the bedding. It was not comfortable at all. Initially the checkin staff was quite short but she got better. "

"Hotel staff don’t pick up the phone which made it hard to contact them. It took a while for someone to check us in because the staff member didnt come out from the back. The rooms were the definition of musty, they need to replace the carpets, sheets, cushions, everything. There are places that weren’t cleaned well and I saw some old and decaying things (I don’t even know what). Workout equipment doesn’t work. We stayed up most of the night because people were yelling in the rooms next to us and...

"I would steer clear of this motel. Smelled as if they had been smoking cigars. Sheets were stained. Worst mattress I’ve slept on in my life. It felt so hard as if you were sleeping on the floor. Pillows looked and felt so old and flat like if the filling was missing. Toilet seat had stains all around it. And to top things off there was a power outage that lasted over an hour. It also appears to double as a shelter of some sort. People seemed to be living there. Hanging out in their cars in...
