"We had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is two stations outside the center of Amsterdam.
The staff so kind and very helpfull.
Cons :
When we wanted very early morning to check out, the elevator and lift near hotel wasn't working, so we had to walk around a bit far to the station because we were carrying two large suitcases and we couldn't use the stairs.
But overall we had a good memory stayed at Inntel Zandam,...

"It was rather noisy in the evening, not a very good noise absorption. Also, it was difficult to check in as the system was down and everything was automated. But in the end, we did manage to get in the room with a help from the staff. Although we could not manage to operate the TV.
Coffee and tea were excellent. Also, the design of the room was nice. Property is close to public transport."

"Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience –
We had booked a four-night stay but, on arrival, were unable to check in as there was no staff available. The company next door, which the website advised us to use for out-of-hours check-in, was closed. The self-check-in machine was also broken and took €88 from us without dispensing a key.
To make matters worse, we had booked a double suite but were given two single beds pushed together. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and kept...
