"Love the location. They have complimentary steam room, sauna and pool. Convenient location in an Old City. Close to the Harbor Walk and the tram to the observation deck and Flame Towers. They are offer taxi from the airport for an extra charge, what was really convenient for us. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Also have a rooftop restaurant with a stunning view of the city. Highly recommend."

"The staff was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and neat but smell heavily of smoke smell. Most of the guests smoke inside the rooms, unfortunately. Fitness room is pretty lame and the AC wasn’t working in it. Other than that, I would definitely come back. Oh and the restaurant is also very tasty and comfy!"

The same problem occurs if you order any delivery - the couriers can't find the hotel, and you can't explain to them, because no one speaks English. "Great value and excellent customer service. The nice lady at the reception (Salatin) went out of her way to assist us when we turned up at 0500. She was able to do a quick turnaround on an early checkout. Lots of variety at breakfast and the business lunch was a big bang for your buck."
