"I LIKED HOW THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY...JACK WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD LIKE TO COME AGAIN, HOWEVER, I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WASH AS THERE WAS NO WASHER AND DRYER. I WISH THAT WE COULD AT LEAST HAVE A PLACE TO WASH CLOTHES. GOING DOWNNSTAIRS TO USE A MICROWAVE WAS ANOTHER INCONVIENENCE . BUT I UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBLE REASONING BEHIND IT (FIRE HAZZARD). I WAS PLEASED AT THE SELECTION OF FOOD FOR BREAKFAST. I LOVED THE FRUIT THAT WAS AVAILABLE AND THE FACT THAT THERE WAS A VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM, THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I REALLY HOPE THAT NEXT YEAR, IF I COME THAT THERE WILL BE A PLACE TO DO LAUNDRY... "It was a nice hotel but had issues with the in-room smoke detector going off. Went to call front desk and the cord to room phone was broken. Called on my cell and front desk person told me to take battery out of it. That worked and I understand that this happens but still made first night uncomfortable. Had a three night stay but key was only programmed for 1 night. So after a long day and walking to end of hall where my room was located I had to return to front desk to get keys reprogrammed. Even with all of this I would stay here again. "
