"Our stay in bamboo valley villa was great. We really enjoyed the pool and the AC. The beds were the most comfortable I ever slept in. Why not 5 stars? Because there were several things broken or not working well when we arrived. When we had addressed the issues, someone came to take a photo or video for the reception and said it would take 5 minutes to someone to come and fix it. "Die Umgebung ist ausgezeichnet und man kann sich gut erholen. Die Unterkunft selbst war leider sehr abgewohnt und wenig gepflegt und gereinigt. Es wird zwar renoviert und gebaut, wenn man aber eine Unterkunft bekommt an welcher lange nichts repariert oder gemacht wurde, so ist das für den Betreffenden sehr ärgerlich und enttäuschend. "
