"I have had an issue with the room. They gave me a room different than what I selected when I first booked. Then they moved my room to something more renovated but smelt nasty. I told them the room terribly smells bad all they did was spray more to cover but the smell got worse. Third room service opened the room in us while we were asleep. I wouldn’t come here again. Also the pool was under maintenance that ruined our stay. "

"My sister and I travelled to Rome together and stayed at La Residenza. Our room was spacious with high ceilings, good closets with drawers and excellent blackout windows. The bathroom was modern and very large with a good shower with rain head as well as spray. The sheets were of high quality and we had good pillows and nice wool blankets to add to the bed. The lobby is a bit out-dated and could use some sprucing up. The breakfast room is very nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious. ...

"Location was amazing. Loved that it was right next to one of the best tiramisu places in town and a nice little bistro and convenient store right downstairs and close by. It was an excellent walking location compared to the colosseum and Vatican areas. You could walk to shops and restaurants. Very nice staff and has an elevator and sitting area. Clean and cute courtyard. Definitely recommend!"

"Brilliant stay...loved it. My only small criticism.....change the bloody tap on the hot tub bath. It takes so long to run. After 30+ minutes, it gets a bit annoying. Outside of that, top tier stay. 2 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps and easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions"

"On suite private spa ( jacuzzi, steam room, projector with speakers & home entertainment ) was really, really good. Casting your own music or movies was seamless. Very good experience, was my anniversary so they really made an effort. Would surely visit again"

"We arrived mid-morning after a train ride from our cruise port and they happily took our bags and told us to go off and explore Rome since it was too early for pur room to be ready. They gave us a map and gave us some tips and even provided a business card for a nearby restaurant for dinner and it was fabulous! The room was huge and clean, I would 100% stay here again! The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from! "
